Olive and tomato have been base ingredients in the Mediterranean kitchen tradition for ages. In our sauce, the base of fine tomato pulp is combined with a pinch of concentrate to enhance its flavor and genuine taste even more. The salty olives give the sauce a feeling which combines long cooking traditions with modern preparation and balance.
