If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
We do our best to choose only the freshest products with the longest expiry dates for you. If you’re not happy with what we’ve delivered, you can hand it back to your driver and we’ll arrange a refund for you. For all perishable food items, please return within its use-by date.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
Returning items bought in store
Simply bring your unwanted items and your receipt back to the store and we’ll happily offer a replacement or refund. For perishable food items, please return within its use-by date.
Returning items bought online
If you’re not happy with what we’ve delivered, you can hand it back to your driver and we’ll arrange a refund for you. If you need to return items bought online after delivery, you can return them to our store. You must bring the email receipt with you, as the refund cannot be processed without it. How quickly will refunds be processed?
Upon refund request, and when accepted, refunds will be processed within 24 hours from acceptance of refund.
