Garlic – whole – French – each


French White ‘LKL’ garlic. We always like to use French garlic compared to the cheaper Spanish and Chinese garlic that is often used in supermarkets and elsewhere. The main reason we use French garlic is that it a superior taste. Less intense and metallic in taste compared to Chinese and Spanish. It has a smoother taste that compliments dishes better , rather than overpowering. They also are much larger giving bigger cloves, making it easier to prepare and use.

Garlic has become a staple in many homes and will flavour any meal.

Use crushed or chopped, roasted or fried.

Garlic can sprout when stored for a while – this is still perfectly usable in cooking, simply chop off any shoots and use as normal.

We are based in Penarth, and deliver our boxes using our own drivers and vans.

Delivery to Cardiff, Barry and Wenvoe postcodes requires a minimum spend of £20. Orders placed before 5pm will be able to request next-day delivery, depending on availability.

Wenvoe: Wednesday only
Barry and Cardiff: Wednesday or Thursday
