There’s nothing quite like the distinctive bouquet and flavour of mint sauce to get you thinking of a Sunday roast leg of lamb. Made from finely chopped mint, vinegar and sugar. Mrs Darlington’s mint sauce is not only perfect with lamb, but also equally impressive with new potatoes and fresh peas.
